I coach managers through difficult conversations, performance concerns and documentation, building the confidence and judgment to handle more on their own.
I design talent reviews, succession plans, 360° feedback and development plans, so leaders know who is ready and where the gaps are.
When emotions run high, I bring structure to employee relations issues and workplace investigations without losing sight of the people involved.
I started as a commercial lender at JPMorgan Chase, financing real estate, start-ups and working capital for non-profits, women- and minority-owned businesses. Again and again, I saw the same thing: the business plan mattered, but people decided whether it worked and made it happen. That pulled me into HR.
Since then, I’ve led organizational development, training, inclusion and belonging initiatives, and core HR processes. I served as Sacred Heart University's first Chief Diversity Officer and Executive Director of Human Resources, and I've worked as a fractional HR partner and an independent workplace investigator. I bring a lender’s eye for the numbers and a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology for the people side.
